Delivery
If you are pre-ordering The Road Book, then please be patient. We will dispatch all orders once they have arrived into our warehouse. We print all the first editions of the books immediately after the cycling season has ended at our print house in the UK.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, although during busy periods it may take a little longer.
The Road Book is a substantial volume, and we’ve worked closely with our delivery partners to secure the most competitive shipping rates possible. Please note that delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
For international orders, any duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
We send all books via a tracked service (DHL in the UK)

UK (DHL Express 24hours):
Under 1kg = £2.50
1kg - 10kg = £10
Channel Islands (DHL Express 24hours):
Under 1kg = £2.50
1kg - 10kg = £35
Isle of Man (DHL Express 48hours):
1kg - 10kg = £20
Canada (DHL Express):
Under 1kg = £3.50
1kg -10kg = £55
Australia (DHL Express):
1kg - 5kg = £70
New Zealand (DHL Express):
1kg - 5kg = £55

EU + NI:
All orders to the EU are shipped via DHL's Economy International service. The given shipping cost for each country accounts for parcels weighing up to 20kg. The cost varies from country to country, if you require any further information please don't hesitate to get in contact with us at: office@theroadbook.co.uk
Shipments to Norway, Malta, Liechtenstein and Iceland are limited to 2.5kg, and sent via DHL Express International.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Road Book, but if you do change your mind you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To request a refund, email us at office@theroadbook.co.uk with your original order number to ensure a smooth return process. We will confirm your return and give you instructions on how to return your goods.
The cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility and returns should be sent on a trackable service as we, unfortunately, can’t be responsible for lost post.
We will reimburse you for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
All products should be returned in their original condition and we are unable to exchange /refund any items that are not in saleable condition.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be performed within 10-14 working days from the date we receive your order back. All refunds are processed using the original method of payment. Please note it may take 3-5 working days from the date the refund is made for it to appear in your paypal balance or on your credit/debit card account.
Unfortunately for orders shipped outside the UK, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, or charges you may have paid when placing your order.
What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll give you a full refund or a replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email to office@theroadbook.co.uk quoting your order number and describing the damage involved. Please include photos if you have them. We will give you instructions on how to return your goods.
