Delivery, Refunds & Returns

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please note, at busier times dispatch times may be a little slower. 

The Road Book is a very weighty book, and we have worked hard with our delivery partners to offer you the best delivery costs we can. 

Our charges are based on the weight of your order and are as follows: 


Under 1kg = £2.50
1kg - 10kg = £6.50 
Over 10.1kg =  £15


Under 1kg = £2.50
1kg - 3kg = £15 
3.1kg - 5kg = £25
5.1kg - 10kg =  £40
Over 10.1kg = £55

USA & Canada:

Under 1kg = £3.50
1kg - 3kg = £22
3.1kg - 5kg = £50
5.1kg - 10kg =  £85
Over 10.1kg = £120

Rest of the World:

Under 1kg = £3.50
1kg - 3kg = £30
3.1kg - 5kg = £60
5.1kg - 10kg =  £120
Over 10.1kg = £255

Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Road Book, but if you do change your mind you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. 

To request a refund, email us at with your original order number to ensure a smooth return process. We will confirm your return and give you instructions on how to return your goods. 

The cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility and returns should be sent on a trackable service as we, unfortunately, can’t be responsible for lost post. 

We will reimburse you for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.

All products should be returned in their original condition and we are unable to exchange /refund any items that are not in saleable condition. 


When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be performed within 10-14 working days from the date we receive your order back. All refunds are processed using the original method of payment. Please note it may take 3-5 working days from the date the refund is made for it to appear in your paypal balance or on your credit/debit card account.  

Unfortunately for orders shipped outside the UK, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, or charges you may have paid when placing your order. 


What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll give you a full refund or a replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email to quoting your order number and describing the damage involved. Please include photos if you have them. We will give you instructions on how to return your goods.
